Servings: 4

Prep Time: 15 min.

Ingredients

  • 1 nectarine
  • 1 kiwi
  • Strawberries
  • Red and green grapes
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar

Supplies

  • 4 drink stirrers
  • Resealable plastic bags

Directions

  1. Step 1

Wash and dry fruit, then cut the skins off the nectarine and kiwi. Slice the strawberries, nectarine, and kiwi into pieces. You may also slice the grapes into pieces or leave them whole.

  2. Step 2

In a small bowl, combine the vanilla yogurt and brown sugar.

  3. Step 3

Have kids thread the fruit pieces onto drink stirrers (swizzle sticks or coffee stirrers will work) to create colorful combinations.

  4. Step 4

Serve immediately or chill overnight and pack in resealable plastic bags for an off-to-school or on-the-go snack.

Tip: For a frozen treat, try this: make a bunch of fruit kabobs and place them in a resealable plastic bag, then put the bag in the freezer and chill until all the fruit is frozen. Serve with yogurt dip.
