Servings: 2

Prep Time: 15 min.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup fresh berries, rinsed
  • 2 tbsp. orange juice
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 ripe banana

Supplies

Help kids measure out the milk, berries, orange juice, honey, and ice. Adults should place the ingredients into a blender.

  3. Step 3

Place the lid on the blender and blend until smooth.
