Step 1
Create a template by drawing a large five-petal flower. Use it to trace the shape onto both the white and pink felt. Cut out the flowers (one pink and one white).
Step 2
Glue the pink flower on top of the white one. This layering will make the topper more sturdy so it doesn't flop.
Step 3
Cut out the yellow center. Glue it to the pink side of the flower.
Step 4
With a needle and thread (or yarn) stitch a hair tie to the white side of the flower at the center.
